Grant Me Hope

Grant Me Hope's mission is to find forever homes for foster children before they age out of foster care alone facing homelessness. We have three goals: 1.) Educate people about the plight of foster children; 2.) Recruit more foster families; 3.) Get as many children adopted as possible.
